Oct. 21, Albert Ayler, 2 More Wide Angle High Contrast Pinhole Shots with my RSS and XP-2

I love the very wide angle of my Reality So Subtle 6×6 pinhole camera, although I have to confess I have a Noon 6×12 on the way that I’m pretty excited about.

These were developed in Artemisianol, which seems to bring out the high contrast in some films (like XP-2) and bring out a greater range of tonalities in others, such as Rollei RPX-25.

Can you tell why this post is titled ‘Albert Ayler’?

    1. Thank you Erwin! The picture is of Albert Ayler as a child. He was an icon of free jazz, his music certainly wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea but I wondered if anyone would catch the reference to him.
