This was only a five hour exposure because it seemed like rain was imminent although it never materialized. By the time I brought the camera in, the sky was so filled with smoke that there was no sunlight to speak of anyway. For this shot the camera was facing southwest but angled to catch the noonday sun while it lasted. I do like the colors on this one, but I was hoping for enough light later in the day see a little of the still life that was set up in front of the camera. I’ll try again tomorrow.
